2024-2025 Registration

1  |  Course information

  • A+ Learning Center program is a one-year program that consists of two semesters, each lasting five months.

  • The first semester begins on September 3st, 2024, and ends on June 21th, 2025.

  • The summer months of July and August will primarily be dedicated to exam-preparatory and foundation classes.

2  |  Tuition fees

  • Other regular class: $60 per 1.5 hours per class,Regular classes include:Language Art/ Writing;

  • Oral Presentation :$60 per 2 hours per class;

  • SSAT/ISEE exam-preparatory class: $80 per 2 hours;

  • G8/SAT:$5000/100H,$9000/200H;

  • Regular One-on-One: $120 per 1.5 hours; SSAT/ISEE One-on-One: $150 per 1.5 hours; SAT/ACT One-on-One: $200 per 2 hours; 

  • Trial classes are free (group classes only) New student registration fee: $50, which is a one-time fee per family.

3  |  Absence and suspension

  • About make-up lessons:   A+ has two semesters a year, and each semester has five months. Make-up lessons are offered within the semester. At the end of the semester, the number of make-up lessons will be reset to 0.

  • Make up lesson can take any of the three forms:  
    ① 2 hours supplements within parallel courses, if there is a                  parallel course. In case of small K class, the time length reduces to 1 hour. (We recommend you ask for adjustments one week in advance)
    ② Compensate the make-up lessons by choosing other courses 

        ③ Notify the teacher in advance to arrange the recorded course (the            course link will be saved for 2 weeks)

4  |  Feedback

  • The regular classes have a maximum of 12 students, while Kindergarten classes have 6-8 students. Each class is supported by three teachers: the Direct Teacher, the Head Teacher, and the Teaching Assistant. All three of these roles, along with our customer service team, are responsible for each class.

  • If you have any questions regarding course instruction, you can leave a message for the Head teacher. The Direct Teacher primarily handles the teaching progress and assignment grading. The Teaching Assistant is responsible for tracking students' punctuality, attentiveness, and assignment submissions in each class, as well as maintaining continuous communication with parents throughout the course.

  • If you have any feedback or suggestions, you can send an email to our Principal, Ms. McGuiness, at aplus.edu@Outlook.com. If your suggestions are adopted, you will receive a $50 credit.

5  |  Payment

  • Before making a payment, please carefully read the article <A+ Notice to students and parents>. 

  • Please note down the child’s name when transferring money. Class registration is complete once tuition is transferred successfully.

  • The article “A+ Notice to student and parents” needs to be signed and returned electronically.
